Fabric is folded and edge of hem is kept at desired position automatically by air flow.  Uniform hemming width is obtained without controlling the fabric.  Both side folders open for easy loading of open material and for different thick portion.

This de-skillizing device allows you high productivity and uniform finish while minimizing the operators' fatigue which causes uneven quality.  Also, learning curve of new operators can be improved.

Both Side Folders Open!!

Both side folders open for easy loading of open material.  The right folder can be disengaged when hemming tubular material without side seams.


Applicable For Different Thick Portion!!

Designed to prevent material to be fed away at the different thick portion on overlock stitching of side seams.
